Boss Keys

During your world exploration, you'll encounter various boss keys. These special keys allow you to activate spawners both in the overworld and in the Nether. After activation, you receive valuable items, and the spawner itself temporarily deactivates.

However, this doesn't mean the spawner disappears forever. You can reactivate it using blaze powder. When you do this, the spawner starts working again, but now it features different mobs - a perfect solution for creating creature farms.

If you defeat an already activated spawner again, you'll only receive a small amount of experience and the ability to change the type of spawning mobs in the future. This prevents infinite farming of the same spawner.

Dungeon keys can be obtained in various ways: they drop from raid captains, can be found in woodland mansions and deep caves, and may also be found on creepers killed by illagers. Fortress keys are typically found in Nether fortress chests.

For defeating spawners, you can also obtain two new music discs created by the talented composer Mosswurks.

This mod is a fork of Oddities - a large-scale vanilla gameplay expansion. Boss Keys takes some features from the original mod and develops them with improved mechanics, redesigned textures, and additional content.
