Botania Dimension Blacklist/Whitelist

This modification is primarily designed for modpack creators who want to restrict Botania resource generation to specific dimensions or completely prevent it from appearing in certain dimensions without using complex tools like COFH World.

You can add any number of dimensions to the blacklist - in the specified dimensions, Botania flowers, tall plants, and mushrooms will not appear.

A whitelist function is also available - you can define dimensions where Botania content generation is allowed, while it will be disabled in all other dimensions.

How to create a whitelist: In the blacklist, set the first entry as an asterisk symbol (*) instead of a numerical dimension identifier.
