Break Progress

Break Progress is a modification that integrates a block breaking progress indicator into the Waila or WTHIT interface. It displays the percentage of breaking progress for each block directly on the screen, enabling players to see precisely how much longer they have to mine a particular object.

Breaking progress is shown as a percentage, with this information line appearing only when a player is interacting with a block (i.e., the actual mining process is active and operational). This optimizes screen space and avoids cluttering.

Unbreakable blocks (like bedrock, among others) don't trigger the progress display — data is never shown for them.

Installation

Proper operation requires Fabric modloader with Fabric API properly integrated, as well as the actual modification WTHIT — make sure you have this before install.

  • Ensure Fabric API and WTHIT mods are downloaded, available via official channels, if needed obtain them manually and place into the mods directory.
  • Download the latest version of Break Progress and copy the file into the mods folder — new builds can be discovered via GitHub Releases under exact version maintainer.

Upon game startup on a corresponding MineCraft version, breaking progress lines should display via WAILA overlay during block mining instances.

Usage Instances: You’ll encounter it during normal play—head on over to a regular stone, begin mining, and—bam— the percentage glides near the block’s name immediately. Unbreakable or other special blocks receive no display. [The reference tutorial is commonly uploaded via YouTube demos]}
