This datapack enriches your gaming world with twelve unique varieties of butterflies and dragonflies! These beautiful creatures will bring any landscape to life and add natural charm to it.

Magnificent Butterflies

Eight species of butterflies will adorn your world, appearing almost anywhere peaceful mobs can inhabit. The collection includes:

• Apollo
• Blue Morpho
• Colorado Hairstreak
• Clouded Sulphur
• Malachite
• Monarch
• Red Lacewing
• Zebra Longwing

In the gallery, you can admire the appearance of each of these beautiful creatures.

Graceful Dragonflies

Four species of dragonflies inhabit areas near rivers and swamps. These insects possess a special ability to hover in the air for short periods. Dragonfly varieties:

• Blue Dasher
• Eastern Pondhawk
• Eight-Spotted Skimmer
• Roseate Skimmer

Their appearance is also presented in the gallery.

Insect Catching Net

Create an insect-catching net from two sticks and three strings. The crafting recipe is shown in the gallery.

Right-click on a butterfly or dragonfly with the net in hand to catch it! The net will transform into a "Filled Bugnet" with a description of the caught insect. To release it back, simply right-click again.

Achievement System

The datapack includes its own achievement system! We won't reveal all the secrets — explore the world and try to unlock all achievements on your own!

Additional Information

After installing the datapack, you can open a menu using the command "/function mb_butterfly:menu", where you'll gain access to all mobs and items added by this datapack.

Please note: the datapack is designed for Minecraft 1.19.4, and using older versions may lead to some errors.
