Campfire Fix

This modification fixes the illogical behavior of campfires in Minecraft. Now when placed, the campfire appears in an inactive state, which corresponds to real logic - after all, no one lights a campfire instantly after creating it.

To activate the campfire, you will need to use a flint and steel, fire charge, or any other fire source, as it should be in the game. This simple but important fix makes the gameplay more realistic and consistent.
