Canine Origin Mod

Origin Features

The Canine Origin mod adds a unique "Canine" origin to the game for use with the Origins mod. This origin transforms your character into an energetic dog with distinctive features and limitations.

Strengths

Sharp Claws: Your primary weapon is natural claws, which you use to attack enemies. You don't need additional weapons for close combat.

Powerful Digestion: Meat becomes your main source of health. You instantly consume meat products, including bones, and receive direct healing from them. You can consume multiple types of food consecutively without issues.

Fearsome Appearance: Skeletons fear your presence and try to keep their distance from you.

Doggy Swimming Style: Water is less intimidating—you sink slower than usual, giving you an advantage when moving through aquatic environments.

Energetic Nature: Your natural activity allows you to run faster than standard characters, but this comes at the cost of accelerated hunger consumption.

Features and Limitations

Puppy Age: You are smaller than other players and have only 6 hearts of health instead of the standard 10. Additionally, you struggle to hold tools properly, which slows down resource gathering and attacks with weapons.

Strict Carnivore: Your diet is limited exclusively to meat products. Vegetables and plant-based foods are unavailable to you.

Inconvenient Paws: Anatomical structure prevents effective use of a shield—this form of protection is unavailable to you.
