Cavecraft: Cave Update

Cavecraft: Cave Update is a mod currently in development, created using MCreator. Its goal is to significantly enhance underground caves by adding unique cave systems, mobs, blocks, and much more!

Mobs

• Caveman - a neutral mob that inhabits underground villages. There are three variations: warrior, miner, and farmer. Trading with them is not yet available.

Blocks

• Moss - a decorative block found in cave villages. Harvested using a hoe.
• Cave Nylium - an underground equivalent of grass or farmland for cave settlements. Crops can be grown on it.
• Caveroots - an underground food source. Right-click to harvest, and they regrow over time.
• Glowshroom - another edible resource that also serves as a wood type.

Items

• Heated Iron Armor - a new armor set found in cave villages. Its stats are between iron and diamond armor.

Structures

• Cave Villages - underground versions of regular villages with unique loot. There's a random chance for a blacksmith to spawn containing heated iron armor. More structures are planned for future updates.

Compatibility

The mod works perfectly with Yung's Better Caves and is compatible with most other modifications.

Future Plans

Version 1.6 will add Geckolib as a dependency for custom mob animations. Additionally, expansion of cave biomes and a release for Minecraft 1.19.2 are planned.
