This modification brings a new nemesis into Minecraft's world: the master of ice and frost — the Iceologer.
Meet the Iceologer
A frost-fascinated malignant scavenger who has joined the raiders' ranks. He often roams cold biomes at dusk, also taking part in village raids, and occasionally stays in his special lair!
He swiftly challenges the player with a series of deadly moves:
- Conjuring an ice chunk overhead — you have seconds to run before it drops suddenly
- Throwing swirling snow clouds — this can chill painfully as well and more easily than imagined
Knocking down the chilly Iceologer warrants a fine prize — an exclusive Wintry Relic: the Ice Stafflet item.
Ice Staffleta
The Ice Wizardstaff artifact empowers its holder in cold taming:
- Cast projectiles directly — place an ice boulder after looking in that direction (right-click by default test by console test), hovering piece of violent magic
- Slip/Shift fired volleys — trigger ranged freezing strikes via Sneak + Right-click. The strike cleaves through swarms, all freezing targets instantly upon touch.
