Chloride is a powerful addon for the Sodium mod that significantly enhances Minecraft's performance and expands its visual capabilities. This mod transforms standard Sodium into a comprehensive toolkit for fine-tuning gameplay.

⚡ Performance Enhancement

Object Display Optimization
The system eliminates rendering of entities and block objects at long distances. You can create a whitelist for important creatures (such as ender dragon or ghast) using simple commands like minecraft:bat for bats.

Smart Foliage Processing
Reduces the number of displayed polygons in groups of identical leaves with the ability to adjust optimization level through a special slider.

Accelerated Models
Replaces suboptimal animated chest and bed models with more efficient static versions with individual toggles for each object type.

Mod Interface Hiding
Hides JEI/REI/EMI panels until text is entered in the search bar, displaying a hint about the need to search to show the interface.

Fast Language Switching
Provides almost instant reloading of language files (less than 1 second).

🎨 Visual Improvements

Realistic Darkness
Adds multiple darkening levels, making nights more atmospheric and realistic. Available modes include DIM, DARK, DARKNESS, BLACK and BLACKNESS, affected by moonlight and block lighting.

Name Hiding
Allows removing nameplate display for players, creatures, and item frames with individual settings for each category.

Zoom Function
Adds an instant zoom key with the ability to set minimum and maximum distance, as well as mouse wheel scrolling during use.

📊 Informational Capabilities

Fog Settings
Provides full control over fog and blue band parameters: start and end distance, visibility with individual toggles for each parameter.

Statistics Display
Shows average, minimum and current FPS, memory usage percentage and GPU load. The panel can be placed anywhere on the screen, including the area above hotkeys.

Borderless Fullscreen Mode
Implements borderless fullscreen mode with quick switching between applications, picture-in-picture support and no black screen. The F11 key can switch to this mode.

Text Shadow Disabling
Removes font shadows, which sometimes increases FPS on screens with large amounts of text information.

Settings Lock
Hides all visual utility parameters, making them impossible to change to protect against accidental modifications.
