Key Features

The mod adds storage drawers to the game, similar to what you might have seen in other modifications, but with important differences.

To start using the mod, craft a Chowl Handbook by combining a drawer frame and a book.

Drawer Frames

Drawers feature a modular design that allows them to be adapted to specific needs.

Assembly is done by placing a drawer frame in the world and then adding various types of panels to any of the six sides.

Drawer Panels

Five different types of panels are available, each serving its own function: from player interaction points to interfaces for working with other mods and compression panels — perfect for storing compressible materials like iron or coal.

To install a panel on a drawer frame, simply right-click on the desired side.

Drawer Upgrades

Sometimes situations arise where you need to place a drawer in a dark area or protect it from creeper explosions.

Fortunately, Chowl Industries has taken care of this. Drawer upgrades allow you to add special properties using specific items. (See the Chowl Handbook for a complete list of upgrades).

If you can't see the text on the drawer in the dark, add glow squid ink for illuminated text.

If you're concerned about drawer damage from explosions, add obsidian or any other blast-resistant block.

Increasing Storage Capacity

Sooner or later you'll encounter a situation where there isn't enough space in a panel. Fortunately, there's a simple solution! Craft two, four, or eight panels together — provided they have the same total capacity and panel type, you'll get their combined capacity in a single panel.

This method of increasing panel capacity can be applied indefinitely, theoretically providing unlimited space inside a drawer for all your cobblestone needs.
