CIT: Hotfix for Enchanted Books

This mod fixes the functionality of texture packs with CIT for enchanted books in Minecraft versions from 1.20.5 to 1.21.3. It serves as a temporary solution until this feature returns to mods like CIT Resewn or Optifine.

Compatibility

The mod is compatible with almost all texture packs that add various textures for enchanted books. The screenshots above show an example of working with my "Enchanted Books from Mars" texture pack, but you can use any other suitable pack.

Configuration

You can configure the mod directly in-game or edit the JSON file config/cithotfix.json in your profile folder. If you're using Fabric and want to adjust settings in-game, you'll need to install Mod Menu.

• possible_roots - determines which resource pack paths should be checked by the mod for CITs of enchanted books
