Cloud Dash
Introduction
Cloud Dash mod introduces a new game mechanic to Minecraft - a swift dash. To acquire this ability, you need to find special enchanted books in ancient city and end city chests, then apply the enchantment to your boots. The maximum enchantment level is second.
Installation
For the mod to work, you need to download it and place it in the .minecraft/mods folder. It's also important to install the mod on the server for proper functionality. Fabric API is required for both client and server.
Main Features
- Pressing the
Rkey (or reassigned key) with enchanted boots activates the dash - Double dash is available - cooldown resets when touching the ground
- Dash direction is determined by WASD keys
- The mod supports configuration through ShadowHunter22's Config Library
Game Rules
noEnchantmentToDash
- Default:
false - When enabled, players don't need dash enchantment on their boots
canInfiniteDash
- Default:
false - When enabled, players get infinite dashes (cooldown resets when touching ground)

Client Settings
With the configuration library installed, the following options are available:
doubleTapWithSpaceBar
- Default:
false - Double-tapping spacebar activates dash
doubleTapWithHotKey
- Default:
false - Double-tapping hotkey activates dash
renderHudIndicator
- Default:
true - Displays cloud indicator during dash cooldown
Compatibility
The mod works ONLY on Fabric. Forge support is not planned.

Important Note
