Colourful Portals Mod

The Colourful Portals mod gives you the ability to create portals that connect any locations in the world - even between different Minecraft dimensions.

Creating Portals

To build a portal, use wool or stained clay to form a frame of any shape and size. The maximum distance from the activation point to the farthest points of the frame should not exceed 16 blocks. To activate the portal, you'll need special colourful water (the recipe for which can be found in the mod description), which needs to be placed on one of the frame blocks.

Requirements for Successful Portal Creation:

• There must be at least two air blocks above the block where the colourful water is placed
• Colourful water is always placed on a frame block (even for horizontal portals)
• The frame must be continuous and go in one direction (vertically along the X or Z axes, or horizontally), with the distance from the activation point to any point of the frame not exceeding 16 blocks

Working Features

The destination point is always the location where you placed the colourful water to activate the portal. Compact single-block portals are also available, which you can carry with you.

Portals connect to each other by color. You can create any number of portals of each color - travel between them occurs in the order of their creation.

Advanced Features

You can create portals with random destinations in the same dimension or in a random dimension. To do this, throw a "Very Colourful Ender Pearl" (for the same dimension) or a "Highly Reflective Colourful Ender Pearl" (for a random dimension) into the portal.
