Compacting

An intelligent chat compacting mod for the Fabric platform, inspired by the similar functionality found in Patcher.

With this enhancement, dozens of identical chat messages are automatically merged into a single entry accompanied by a counter that displays how many times the message was repeated.

What Makes Compacting Unique?

Unlike other solutions such as Chat Patches and Compact Chat, this mod has several significant distinctions:

• Focused on one specific task and performs it with maximum quality
• Determines the need to merge messages based on the time since their last appearance, rather than analyzing adjacent chat entries
• Correctly handles separators sent as multiple individual messages (such as those used on Hypixel):

Configuration

With both Mod Menu and YACL installed, various settings become available that allow you to specify conditions for merging messages, as well as an option to remove empty chat entries.
