Companion 🐕

This mod introduces various mechanics that will help you not lose your pets and make the gameplay more comfortable.

Main Features:

Your pets will automatically follow you when teleporting or passing through portals. Leashed mobs also move with you through portals.

If a pet is about to be unloaded from the game, the system will forcibly teleport it to you. When the pet's health drops below 20%, it stops attacking enemies and instantly moves behind your back for safety.

Pets will not enter portals if they are far from you. Parrots remain on your shoulder even when swimming in water and only get off when you jump in place.

The Sweeping Edge enchantment effect does not damage your pets. A game rule is also available to disable friendly fire for pets.

All these features can be disabled and configured if you have the Kiwi mod. If Cloth Config is installed, an in-game configuration interface is available.
