Comparties Reborn
This mod is an updated version of the original Comparties, adapted to work with Minecraft 1.20.1. Since the author of the original modification, pOtAto__bOy, hasn't maintained it for a long time, this refreshed version was created.
Fixed RPG Parties Issues
The modification resolves several important flaws in the group interaction system:
- Players continued receiving visual feedback and knockback from ally attacks despite taking no actual damage
- Pets of group members weren't recognized as part of the team and remained vulnerable to friendly fire
- Potion effects (such as Instant Damage) continued to harm group allies
- Most spells from Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks could still damage teammates
New Port Features
The updated version includes additional protection system enhancements:
- Summons created by group members are now completely protected from damage caused by allies
- Projectiles fired by teammates (arrows, tridents, and others) no longer deal damage to group members
Technical Specifications
The Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks mod is not a mandatory requirement for Comparties Reborn to function. This version for Minecraft 1.20.1 is based on RPG Parties version 1.20.1-3.0.2.
