Connectible Chains - Chains for Connecting Fences

This mod has been ported from legoatoom's original Fabric version and is now available for Forge users.

What is this mod?

Adds the ability to create decorative chains that connect fences and walls in your Minecraft world. Simply use the standard vanilla chain item on any fence or wall, and you can extend a chain up to 7 blocks long (this value can be changed in settings up to 32 blocks).

Usage Features

Created chains have physical collision, meaning they occupy space in the world. To remove a chain, simply attack it with shears. If you want to place a regular item on a fence, just crouch while placing.

Troubleshooting Possible Issues

If you encounter invisible collisions, hold shears in your hand and enable entity hitbox display (F3+B). This will allow you to see problematic areas that can be removed with a regular attack.

Important Information

The Forge version is updated simultaneously with the Fabric version or when minor bugs are fixed. Please do not request ports to other platforms.
