Continuity Unofficial Port 1.16

An unofficial adaptation of the Continuity mod for Minecraft version 1.16 was created by PlayReissLP. All credits belong to the original developer Pepper_Bell and the backporter PlayReissLP.

This mod functions exclusively on the client side and requires the installation of Fabric API. The mod comes with two built-in resource packs. The first provides connected textures for glass, sandstone, and bookshelves, similar to the functionality of OptiFine. The second resource pack fixes the visual layering issue with vertically stacked glass panes, creating seamless connections.

Continuity enables the use of resource packs created in OptiFine formats for connected textures, emissive textures (only for blocks and item models), and custom block layers without requiring the installation of OptiFine itself. The mod implements Continuity specifications for connected textures, emissive textures, and custom block layers, which are extended versions of the corresponding OptiFine specifications and provide additional capabilities for resource pack creators.

Important compatibility warnings: Continuity will not work with the Sodium mod without installing Indium. There is also incompatibility with ModernFix.
