Coordin'ts - Protection for Your Base Coordinates

Coordin'ts is a modification designed to ensure the security of your base's location by hiding coordinates on the F3 screen when you are within a specified area. Additionally, it prevents accidental sending of coordinates in chat by blocking, altering, or obscuring such messages.

Currently, the mod is in early beta and functions exclusively on the client side. The configured settings apply to all worlds and servers. These limitations are planned to be addressed in future updates.

You can set multiple coordinate ranges for blocking. The modification can detect chat messages containing coordinates similar to those blocked, even if they technically fall outside the specified range. For example, if the protected range covers x coordinates from 1500 to 2000, the system will prevent sending a message like "base is at 2001".

Three modes are available for processing messages with blocked coordinates:

• Redact: replaces coordinates with a random number of X characters
• Randomize: substitutes random values instead of real coordinates to mislead other players
• Block: completely prevents the message from being sent
