The Mod That Simply Adds Cotton

Tired of boring old leather armor? Don't like killing innocent-looking cows? Now you don't have to! With cotton balls, you can create cotton clothing made from 100% organic materials!

This mod was created for a modpack where you could obtain string without building a mob spawner. Simple process: break grass → find cotton seeds → grow seeds → get cotton → create string or armor. And there you have it - you've mastered the cotton mod!

What the Mod Adds

Cotton Plant

• Supports BotanyPots starting from version 0.7.4
• Seeds can be obtained from regular and tall grass (like wheat seeds)
• Unused seeds can be placed in composter (version 0.7.7+)

Cotton Armor

• Added in version 0.0.7.4
• Dyeable starting from version 0.7.5

Important Notes

In version 1.21, the crafting recipe for cotton balls to string changed. Versions 0.7.5 and below don't have the loot table for seeds from grass, so you'll need to add a way to obtain seeds (sifting, sluicing, etc.) using KubeJS or other loot adding utilities.
