The Creakening

This mod significantly expands the variety of Creakings in the Minecraft world by adding unique variants of these creatures for every type of tree found in the overworld. Now you can encounter oak, birch, dark oak, and many other Creakings, each with their own distinctive appearance.

One of the key features of this modification is the change in Creaking behavior - they can now spawn at any time of day, not just at night, making encounters with these creatures more frequent and unpredictable. Changes have also been made to Creaking Hearts - they can now grow on absolutely any type of tree.

For crafting enthusiasts, new recipes for creating Creaking Hearts have been added. You can craft various types of hearts using resin blocks in combination with the corresponding type of logs.

Compatibility and Features

The mod replaces vanilla Minecraft's standard trees, so conflicts may occur with some modifications and datapacks that affect world generation. It's recommended to check compatibility when using alongside other landscape-altering modifications.
