Create Jetpack

The Create Jetpack mod allows you to transform a standard copper backtank into a powerful jetpack, using compressed air force for flight through the air and underwater.

This Create addon is inspired by popular jetpack mods and offers unique flight mechanics that perfectly fit the technological aesthetic of Create.

The jetpack occupies the chestplate slot, just like a regular backtank, and retains all its functions: air supply for tools like the extendo-grip, enchantability with capacity enhancement, and charging through rotational force.

One of the key features is the hover mode, which allows hovering in the air. Underwater, the jetpack accelerates swimming during sprint, and in hover mode prevents sinking.

When used with mods that add a separate elytra slot, the jetpack provides additional boost when pressing the upward movement key, similar to fireworks.

For integration with Curios, you can use a datapack. Save the following code to the file data/curios/tags/items/back.json:
