Create Low-Heated: Active Heating System for Create

The Create Low-Heated mod fundamentally transforms the heating system in Create, replacing passive heat sources with active mechanisms. Now heating requires direct player involvement.

Key changes include:

The game now features a Basic Burner - a special block that consumes solid fuel and generates low-temperature heat. A new thermal state "lowheated" has been introduced, which can be used in Basin recipes alongside the standard "heated" and "superheated" conditions.

When heating a steam engine with a Basic Burner, the performance matches that of the previous passive heaters. All passive heating methods have been completely disabled - specially tagged blocks and unfed Blaze Burners no longer function.

For special circumstances, the Basic Burner can be supercharged by directing an Encased Fan at it at maximum RPM. In enhanced mode, the block produces heat comparable to a Kindled Blaze Burner, but consumes fuel 32 times more than normal.

This project was designed to work in tandem with the Crete Picky Wheels mod and perfectly complements capacity-nerfed windmills and waterwheels.
