Create: Molten Geodes - Renewable Source of Ore Stones
This mod provides players with an inexhaustible source of ore stones from the Create mod. Instead of relying on limited natural deposits, you can now cultivate these valuable resources using special geodes.
Geodes contain dormant ore stones within them. To activate their potential, you need to place TNT directly above the geode. The explosion will break the outer layer and transform the dormant stones into molten versions, which begin converting lava into the corresponding ore stones upon contact.
Available Geode Types
The mod adds several varieties of geodes, each producing a specific type of ore stone:
- Brass Geode - rare variety containing both veridium and asurine, necessary for creating brass
- Veridium Geode - produces veridium
- Asurine Geode - produces asurine
- Crimsite Geode - produces crimsite
- Ochrum Geode - produces ochrum
Important Features
The mod offers many configurable parameters, allowing you to adapt it to any playstyle. If you use mods that significantly increase ocean depth, it's recommended to configure the settings before creating a world to prevent geodes from generating in a floating state.
