Create: Mounted Storages — Universal Storage for Moving Contraptions
Mod Overview
Create: Mounted Storages is an evolution of the original "More Mounted Storages" mod, significantly expanding the capabilities of using various containers as part of mechanical contraptions from the Create mod. This modification provides access to integrating diverse storage systems into dynamic mechanisms and also offers tools for developers of other mods to create their own variants of mobile storage.
Important User Information
Currently, the mod is in alpha testing phase, which means potential occurrence of various errors and operational issues. Developers strongly recommend creating world backups before using this modification.
Development Plans
Near-term development plans include:
- Support for Minecraft version 1.19.2
- Adding compatibility with additional mods (such as Functional Storage)
Supported Storage Systems
The modification works with the following container types:
Ender Storage — Ender Chest Iron Chests — All varieties of iron chests Storage Drawers — Regular and compact versions of storage drawers Framed Compacting Drawers — Framed compacting drawers Immersive Engineering — Crate containers Industrial Foregoing — Item processing blocks (items only) PneumaticCraft: Repressurized — Smart chest (requires PnC version 1.16.5-2.14.6-277 or newer)
Processing Priority System
The system automatically sorts items according to the following processing order:
- Trash cans in whitelist mode
- Storage drawers and special processing blocks
- Ender and dimensional chests
- All other types of chests, barrels, and containers
- Trash cans with blacklist mode
Priority settings can be adjusted through the mod's configuration file.
