CreateStuffAdditions Fix

This modification solves the problem that occurs when throwing items from the inventory. It prevents the NBT data of items in the off-hand from being changed to empty tags, which previously led to the inability to stack certain items such as torches.

Important note: This fix does not remove existing empty NBT tags from items, but only prevents their appearance in the future.
