Creeper Backguard Continuation

This is a minimalist implementation of the Creeper Backguard concept by JuaanP, adapted for the current version of Minecraft 1.21.9. The mod prevents creepers from exploding until they are within your field of view. The project will be frozen if the original Creeper Backguard receives an update for the latest game versions.

Although the code is completely written from scratch, the main idea belongs to JuaanP, who should be credited for the original concept.

Unlike the original version, this mod does not take into account the player's field of view settings in single-player mode. Instead, it uses a fixed value of 90 degrees horizontally and 60 degrees vertically regardless of game conditions.
