Creeper Multidrop - Multiple Heads from Creepers

This modification restores functionality that was present in version 14w30a but was removed in the subsequent update 14w30b. Using special technologies, the mod allows charged creepers to drop multiple heads of various mobs after explosion.

Additionally, the developer added a new feature - regular creepers can now also drop heads! The drop chance for this is 10%, making gameplay more diverse and interesting.
