About the Modification

Welcome to CTM Refabricated — an adaptation of ConnectedTexturesMod for Fabric, which itself is a port of the original ConnectedTexturesMod.

This modification allows resource packs to add connected textures, glow effects, and many other visual enhancements. Resource packs for working with vanilla textures and some mods can be found.

Important note: CTM Refabricated does not support the Optifine CTM format — for this, it is recommended to use Continuity.

Important Information

PROJECT NOT SUPPORTED FOR VERSIONS AFTER 1.19.2

This modification is not highly performant. Its main purpose is to ensure the operation of resource packs created based on the original CTM by tterag in the Fabric environment.

For mod developers looking for a cross-platform solution for connected textures, this is not the most optimal choice. If you work exclusively with Fabric/Quilt and do not require all CTM formats (such as columns or random textures), it is recommended to consider Continuity.

For those who need CTM formats or are developing cross-platform mods for versions 1.19.4 and above, there is our other project — Athena! It offers many of the features that were available in CTM, while demonstrating significantly better performance on both Fabric and Forge compared to CTM or CTM Refabricated.
