DataFixerSlayer

The DataFixerSlayer mod completely disables the DataFixerUpper (DFU) system in Minecraft. This system is responsible for converting worlds between different game versions and ensures all data works correctly for the current version. However, in modded setups, worlds are typically not transferred between versions, so DFU mostly just occupies RAM without performing useful functions.

DataFixerSlayer disables an important component responsible for game stability to improve performance. To avoid issues, make sure:

• For old worlds (created before the current game version) the "Optimize" operation is performed
• When upgrading to a new Minecraft version, temporarily remove DataFixerSlayer, then optimize the world and only then reinstall the mod
• Regularly create backup copies of your world
• Do not use alongside other mods that also disable DFU - this will definitely cause conflicts
