Dead Totems

The Problem with Regular Totems of Undying

Standard Totems of Undying in Minecraft have a significant drawback - they require considerable effort to obtain but disappear after just one use. This makes them practically useless since the cost of acquisition doesn't justify single-use application.

How the Modification Works

This mod solves this problem in a simple and elegant way. After activation, the Totem of Undying transforms into a Dead Totem that can be repaired using an anvil. This allows you to reuse the same totem multiple times, making it a truly valuable acquisition.

However, don't become too reckless - upon death, all dead totems in your possession permanently disappear (this feature can be configured).
