What Is This?

This Minecraft mod notifies you of your death coordinates via a chat message when your character dies.

The notification appears in the following format: You died at coordinates [x: x_coord], [y: y_coord], [z: z_coord], in dimension minecraft:dimension.

This modification works on both the client and server sides.

Display Management

Use the /display_death command to toggle the display of the death message above the hotbar:
