Deeper Caves Silk Touch Fix

This mod serves as a fix for a specific loot table issue in the Deeper Caves modification.

The core problem lies with the incorrect behavior of ore blocks and slate from the original mod. In the current version, all these blocks only yield one item regardless of conditions, and most importantly - the Silk Touch enchantment doesn't work on them at all.

This fix comprehensively resolves both mentioned issues, restoring the normal functionality of this special enchantment-like spell and adjusting the amount of obtained resources.
