Turn Death Consequences into Fair Punishment
This modification offers a unique approach to the death penalty system in Minecraft. With its help, you can configure which specific items from your inventory will lose NBT data when your character dies, or select entire mods where all items will be reset.
This tool is primarily aimed at creators of game packs and modified game versions.
Full Functionality of Version 2.0
With the release of version 2.0, the mod has received all originally planned capabilities:
- Clearing NBT data from specific items upon death
- Targeted removal of specific NBT fields from items after death
- Support for the Curios accessory system
- Flexible settings for clearing different equipment categories
- Convenient commands for quick configuration setup

Command Guide
Access to functionality is provided through commands with the "die_nbt" prefix. For example, the "/die_nbt help" command will provide a complete list of available functions. The most useful is considered to be the "/die_nbt everything" command.
Important: all text highlighted in green can be copied directly in the game for quick setup!

Example of Practical Application
Once, while developing a specialized pack for PVP games with technical and magical modifications, I encountered an interesting problem. Some of my plunder-prone friends could gain access to created powerful magical artifacts that posed a potential threat to the entire game world. The solution turned out to be simple - configure the mod so that upon my death, all NBT data from magical items would automatically be erased, making potentially dangerous items safe for the new owner.
