Dimension Hopper Tweaks Modification

This mod was specifically developed to enhance and expand the functionality of my modpack Dimension Hopper. When installed separately, this modification will likely experience compatibility issues.

Implemented Changes:

• Interdimensional Gate System: Added the ability to create Stargate Network portals in non-standard dimensions using a special item
• Random Teleportation Command: Functionality for moving players to random locations within selected dimensions with biome type filtering
