About the dotHack Modification

.Hack represents a well-known anime and gaming series that chronicles the adventures surrounding users within the fictional MMORPG named "The World." This modification specifically zeroes in on the PS2 games era, inviting you into a reality that unfolds after the final events of the initial narrative, where fragments of Morganna's essence are still searchable.

The mod incorporates all eight phases of Morganna – often dubbed the Cursed Waves – as well as distinctive artifacts taken directly from the franchise. Listen emphase for each phase's thematic identity:

Current Development Stage:

Skeith: Has been fully included (the distinguishing ring texture showcase can appear imperfect as artists work toward optimization—this is the adopted model for now).

Virus Core: Required in the multiplayer environment—used as a trade element to unlock mystery gates, although in solo realms, it functions more as an achievement unlock device.

Website Block: Plays an interactive role by handing the player an achievement achievement and redirecting to community-driven resource hubs.

Update History:

v5 balance corrections: Adjusted Skeith's survivability stats, introduced color-adaptable summoning catalysts, implemented AI aggression refinement targeting player characters.

v4 additions: Embedded the reference web block service, supplied solution tweaks regarding boss indicators and spawn control.
