Dragon Behavior Fix

This modification resolves a common issue related to the lack of aggression from dragons of the popular Ice and Fire mod towards Tektopian creatures. Now with this plugin installed, dragons will attack Tektopians upon encounter, making gameplay more logical and realistic.
