About the Modification
This simple mod introduces an interesting change to Minecraft's tool mechanics - now their effectiveness directly depends on the durability level. The better condition your tool is in, the faster it works.
How It Works
To maintain game balance, tools start working at double speed when they are brand new. As they wear out and durability decreases, the speed gradually reduces, approaching zero effectiveness when the tool is almost completely worn out.
