Durability Speed (Legacy Backport)

This mod introduces an interesting mechanic that links tool effectiveness to their durability. The more worn your tool is, the slower it will work.

How It Works

Tools start working at double speed when they are completely new. As they wear out, their performance gradually decreases, approaching zero efficiency when durability is completely depleted. This system creates more realistic gameplay, encouraging players to repair or replace their tools in a timely manner.

Configuration

All mod parameters can be changed through the configuration file. You can adjust the initial tool working speed and the rate of its decrease depending on wear.

The mod works with the following Minecraft versions:

Requires Legacy Fabric Loader for installation.
