DynamicLights Patch - Fix for Dimension Compatibility

This mod is an extension for Atomic Striker's Dynamic Lights that enables configuring a dimension blacklist. In the specified dimensions, lighting effects from items held in the player's hand will be disabled.

The need for such a fix arose due to the characteristics of the Deep Dark dimension from the Extra Utilities mod. In this dimension, the player dies if not near a light source, but Dynamic Lights does not create light blocks, making it useless in this situation.
