Elytra Hopping - elytra jumping mechanics
This mod introduces a completely new way to use elytras in the game. When landing on the ground, simply pressing the jump button allows you to bounce off the surface and gain significant speed to continue flying.
This approach makes traveling with elytras much more convenient and exciting even without the constant need for fireworks. However, regular fireworks still remain relevant - the jumping method is slower and requires land for bouncing.
It's important to note: a similar effect can be achieved in the vanilla version of the game if you jump immediately after landing. This mod makes this mechanic more stable and accessible for all players.
