Elytra Speed Nerf - Flight Speed Configuration

This mod provides flexible configuration of elytra flight speed by adjusting the "Air Resistance" parameter that affects player deceleration during gliding.

Standard average speed indicators at a 4-degree descent angle:

• 0% — approximately 3 blocks per second
• 100% — about 13.5 blocks per second
• 200% — nearly 25 blocks per second

Although using rockets allows achieving higher speeds, at low setting values (below 50%) the deceleration effect becomes too pronounced, so it's not recommended to set very small values.
