Elytra Utilities

Elytra Utilities is a lightweight client-side mod that offers a range of convenient and accessible improvements for elytra flight in Minecraft. All mod features are aimed solely at enhancing gameplay comfort and do not provide players with any additional advantages compared to the vanilla version.

Main Features

Elytra Toggle

By assigning a hotkey (none by default), players can enable and disable elytra flight capability. When disabled, a broken elytra icon appears in the top-left corner of the screen. In this mode, it's impossible to start flying, which is convenient for situations when you need to move and jump freely without the risk of accidentally activating elytra during falls.

Automatic Elytra Launch

Using an assigned key, players can instantly activate elytra flight. Instead of performing a double jump for takeoff from the ground, just one button press is sufficient. This feature is particularly useful for those who find standard controls inconvenient or prefer alternative control methods.

Simplified Firework Takeoff

When using the automatic launch function, players can hold the assigned button for at least half a second while holding at least one firework rocket. This automatically activates rocket usage. Thus, the complex sequence of actions - double jump to activate elytra and subsequent rocket use - is reduced to one long press.

It's important to note that this feature only works during initial takeoff. For maintaining altitude and speed during flight, standard rocket controls must be used.
