Discover the Magic of Enchantments

This mod transforms ordinary enchanted books into true treasure troves of knowledge. Now you can open them like regular books and read detailed descriptions of each spell.

How It Works?

Simply take an enchanted book in your hands and use it - an interface will open with complete information about all spells contained in the book. For each enchantment, you'll find not only a description of its effects but also interesting backstory.

Universal Compatibility

The mod works in any environment: on client, server, and in single player. It doesn't need to be installed on both client and server simultaneously - installation in one place is sufficient.

Enchantment Lore supports descriptions for enchantments from popular mods:

Also works with the Enchantments Encore datapack starting from version 2.4.

Customization and Expansion

You can add or modify enchantment descriptions using resource packs. The system is fully customizable and allows creating your own descriptions.

For automatic translation downloads, it's recommended to install SSS Translate (client-side only).

Technical Features

The mod is developed for Fabric and compatible with Quilt. A separate version for Forge exists, created by another developer.
