Enderman Enhancement

In original Minecraft, endermen were designed to be rare, mysterious, and special creatures, but in reality players easily defeat them even with minimal equipment - without armor and with a simple iron sword.

Existing tactics make fighting endermen too easy: you can build a few blocks up, hide in a narrow passage where the mob can't fit, enter water where they fear to step, or make them sit in a boat and attack without any risk. There are even more ways to kill an enderman without taking damage than for standard mobs like spiders and zombies.

Combat with endermen lacks any challenge or strategy, although they're supposed to present a threat during the mid-game stages. This mod fixes this issue.

New Threat

The "Ender Menace" mod gives endermen new abilities that prevent players from easily killing them from cover or elevated positions.

• Endermen can now get out of boats by themselves, even when not in an aggressive state. No more waiting and attacking them while they're stuck in boats!
• Angered endermen can teleport players out of safe spots. You can no longer hide in narrow crevices or bodies of water and fight without consequences. This "player teleportation" ability also helps disorient opponents, forcing them to stay alert and react quickly.
