Sea Creatures

Bass Ray-finned freshwater and saltwater fish with a robust olive-gray body and characteristic markings. Valued for its tasty meat and combative nature when caught.

Carp Sturdy freshwater fish, originating from Eurasia. Prefers still and slow waters, feeds along the bottom, stirring up sediment and algae. Suitable for breeding in fish farms with the use of seeds.

Catfish Smooth scaleless fish with barbels around the mouth. Inhabits freshwater bodies worldwide, stays near the bottom, feeding on benthic organisms. Can be butchered on a meat hook for fillets or roasted whole.

Eel Elongated, snake-like fish covered in slippery skin. Lives in both freshwater and marine environments, known for long-distance migrations. Ecologically and culinarily significant species.

Halibut Large marine fish that inhabits the cold-bottomed latitudes. Characterized by a diamond-shaped body, asymmetry, and eyes on one side. Known for firm, lean white meat.
