Epic Paragliders
This mod creates unique compatibility between two popular modifications, combining the stamina system from Paragliders with the combat mechanics of Epic Fight. The result is a completely new gaming experience where energy management becomes a key element of battles.
Main Features
The mod completely reworks the use of skills in Epic Fight by integrating the stamina system. Every action now requires energy expenditure, adding a strategic element to the combat system.
Changes to Combat Skills
Attacks: Stamina consumption depends on weapon damage and swing speed. Slow but powerful weapons consume more energy than fast and light ones.
Blocking: Energy costs when blocking are calculated based on the player's armor weight, enemy attack strength, and penalty for consecutive blocks. Heavy armor reduces stamina consumption.
Active Block: The reworked parrying skill now operates on a risk-reward principle. Successful parrying before an attack consumes 35% stamina, while regular blocking at the wrong time consumes an additional 35%.
Dodge: Energy expenditure depends on equipment weight. The heavier the armor, the more stamina is spent on dodging.
Stamina Pillager: When killing an entity, approximately 30% of missing stamina is restored. A visual indicator shows the returning energy in blue color.
Technician: Reduces stamina consumption when dodging by 50% when properly executed before an enemy attack.
Settings and Configuration
The mod creates a configuration file in the 'saves/YOUR_WORLD/serverconfig/epicparaglider-server.toml' folder, where you can configure stamina consumption multipliers for different weapon types and effects when energy is completely depleted.
New Animations
Thanks to collaboration with the creator of the DawnCraft modpack, special exhaustion animations have been added to the mod that activate when stamina is completely lost.
Compatibility Requirements
Latest versions of Epic Fight and Paragliders mods for the corresponding Minecraft version are required for operation. When updating from previous versions, it is recommended to delete the old configuration file.
