Enhanced Tool Capabilities

Extra Item Uses fundamentally changes the approach to using standard tools in Minecraft by adding three innovative block processing mechanics.

Pickaxes with Fracturing Function

Ordinary pickaxes can now crack specific blocks into simpler forms. This transformation chain allows partial recovery of resources spent on creating original materials. For instance, stone bricks can be cracked into cracked stone bricks, which then transform into regular stone, and that into cobblestone. This entire cycle can be repeated multiple times!

Shovels with Grinding Function

Shovels gained a completely new purpose - material grinding. They can convert stone into gravel and gravel into sand. This mechanic makes sand and gravel renewable resources, opening new possibilities for automated farming.

New Applications for Sticks

Regular wooden sticks can now be used for stone carving, creating ornamental versions of various block materials with unique patterns.

JEI Integration

The mod is fully compatible with Just Enough Items, significantly simplifying the learning process for all new recipes and capabilities.

Data-Driven Approach

All three transformation types - cracking, grinding, and chiseling - are fully customizable through datapacks or additional mods, ensuring maximum customization flexibility.
