Extra Rails

The Extra Rails mod significantly expands Minecraft's transportation system by adding five unique types of rails with various functions.

Locking Rail

This special rail securely holds the minecart in place until it receives a redstone signal. When activated, it forcefully propels the minecart in the direction the rail is facing.

Direction Rail

The Direction Rail functions similarly to the golden rail, but with an important difference - it moves minecarts exclusively in the direction the rail itself is oriented.

Teleporting Rail

One of the most interesting additions is the Teleporting Rail, which instantly transports minecarts to another connected teleporting rail.

To set up a connection between rails, simply right-click on the rail to open the interface and use the three color selectors to set the frequency. Repeat this procedure for the second rail, and minecarts will be able to freely move between them.

Important note: If more than two teleporting rails are configured on the same frequency, the destination may be selected randomly.
