This mod addresses the vulnerability exploited by malicious users for gaslighting in chat. This is achieved by blocking the ability to send messages to oneself, which prevents creating fake context for false reports.
Protection Features
The primary protection method is automatic blocking of self-messages. Although this approach doesn't completely eliminate the problem when using multiple accounts, it effectively handles most real-world situations.
Additional Settings
The configuration includes an option to convert all private messages into system messages. This completely eliminates the possibility of gaslighting even with multiple accounts, but has an important drawback - such messages become unavailable for reporting through standard in-game tools. Therefore, this mode is not recommended for everyday use and is only relevant in special cases.
